  Another great experience at a Premier Inn. Room was clean and bathroom was spotless. Louise on front desk was really friendly and helpful during checking in.

  I got into bed and found someone else’s pj’s in the bed. I notified reception in the morning and queried how the bed sheets were changed without noticing the pj’s. They apologised and admitted it was unlikely the sheets had been changed since the last guest, and said she would sort it out. The following evening i returned to my room expecting the bed to be changed, but no one had been in my room…
